MAMBAJAO, Camiguin, September 29 (PIA) – Camiguin Provincial Veterinary Office (PVO) is calling on Camiguinons who missed the Humane Society International (HSI) massive spay/neuter medical mission for pets early this year to signify now and be accommodated.
Spay and neuter procedure is employed when sterilizing animals like cats and dogs, to protect them as well as control their population.
Provincial Veterinarian Louis S. Bollozos said the procedure is safe and will only require proper handling and after care.
Interested pet owners are advised to visit PVO and fill up the registration form. The surgery will be done by schedule depending on the number of request received.
The PVO said it would be best to signify now so that it will be easy to reach them, as soon a schedule is set. (JCV/PIA-10)
