DTI launches ‘e-Presyo’ access

MAMBAJAO, CAMIGUIN, December 28 (PIA) – Shoppers can now access the list of prevailing prices on basic necessities and prime commodities through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ‘e-Presyo’ portals available via android applications or web.

When the data gathering fully takes-off, the system will reflect comparative prevailing prices for a preferred period.

As a newly developed system, e-Presyo will contain price data from 2016 onwards, price data from previous years can be requested from the DTI.

As for Camiguin, there about 110 establishments monitored by DTI monthly and covers only basic necessities, prime commodities, construction materials and other mandatory products.
