MAMBAJAO, CAMIGUIN, June 22 (PIA) – The fun never stops! Enjoy San Juan sa Hibok-Hibok Festival 2013 on June 23-24 here in the island-province.
The event will be highlighted with a fluvial procession in honor of St. John the Baptist.
Fisher folks will trot their beautifully decorated boats along the shore, while locals likewise fill the coastlines, all set for a day’s picnic.
In festivities such as this, one will never miss to enjoy water sports, shower parties and good food.
At the end of the day, one beautiful miss, a true pure-blood Camiguingnon, will take on the crown of Ms. Hibok-Hibokan 2013.
For residents here, the celebration is always special and awaited. This is the only time of the year where every family goes to the nearest beach and while away time until late afternoon.
